2.75 projectile.
Designed in 4 parts which are screwed together with printed threads, there are 3 options for the base section.
1 - Complete with screw-threads to look like the real projectile.
2 - Plain with a 56.5mm (2.22 inch) diameter, this can be fitted into a 2.75inch acrylic pipe if you wish to model the body of the rocket.
3 - Plain with a 68.5mm (2.69 inch) diameter, this can be fitted into the 2.75inch rocket bay without the need for the rocket body.
You are also able to epoxy a threaded rod into the fuse section, build the model around the threaded rod and use a washer and nut to strengthen the model further. (CAD image included for example)
Printed in Dark-Grey PLA, these can be sanded, primed and painted like any other plastic model.
